Exchange Policy
Our reputation for Quality, Value, and Customer Service is important to us.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or if it does not suit your taste we can only accept exchanges for seven (7) days after you receive it (no exceptions).  We will assist you to exchange any unworn items.

State Laws do not allow “Intimate Wear” to be returned or exchanged once it has been worn.  Worn items will not be accepted.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges of panty items, hosiery packages that have been opened, or closeout items.  Special orders are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before we can accept returned merchandise. Contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of merchandise.  Returns or exchanges must then be made within 25 days of receipt.  Goods must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and labels intact.  Shipping and handling fees, as well as gift-wrapping, are not refundable.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; exchanges will have this fee waived.  We can exchange for size only, and exchanges will incur additional shipping fees.  Please be sure to order the correct size and color.  All returns must be sent to: AOH, 9026 E. We suggest that customers send exchanges insured and with a tracking number (or a delivery confirmation from the USPS) as items can get lost. 

Sales Tax
AOH is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of California. Sales tax is charged on total merchandise, handling, and delivery charges for orders delivered within California at the rate of 8.25%.

Payment

Credit Card
Your Credit Card charge will appear on your bill as Accent on Dance.  We can accept America Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.  We can also accept debit cards that display the Visa or MasterCard logo.  Debit Cards that do not display these logos will automatically be declined.

Shipping and Discretion
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $20! All other orders are charged a flat-rate of $5.50.
We want our customers to feel completely at ease in receiving our products.  We ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail, using their envelopes or boxes.  The return address label is from Accent r Qubed, Inc.  No mention of lingerie or hosiery appears, so you can feel free to have your order shipped to your place of business or home with complete discretion.

Catalogs
Producing a print catalog would require a price increase to cover the costs associated with creating it.  It limits the number of items that we could offer.  A print catalog also would restrict us from adding new and exciting items.

Privacy Policy
All customer information is strictly guarded.  In order to process your order we do need your Name, Address, Phone number, and e-mail address, along with your credit card number and it’s expiration date.  This information WILL NOT be rented or sold to any third party.  AOH does not send catalogs or do any mailings.  We may occasionally e-mail special offers or sales notices.
